A complete and elegant vintage Royal Albert “Moss Rose” fine bone china dinner and tea service, made in England. The set is instantly recognizable by its soft white base, delicate pink and blue floral sprays, and hand-applied gold gilt edges. The “Moss Rose” pattern, one of Royal Albert’s longest-running designs, reflects timeless English romanticism and is beloved by collectors for its light Rococo influence and graceful scalloped rims.

This extensive set includes a variety of table and tea service pieces suitable for formal dining or display. Despite two soup bowls with damaged handles, the overall collection is well-preserved and retains strong decorative and collector value.

Collector Notes

“Moss Rose” remains one of Royal Albert’s most popular and enduring floral patterns, often passed down as heirloom tableware. Complete or near-complete dinner and tea sets are increasingly rare in South Africa, where imported English china from this era has become highly collectible.

Sets of this scale typically appeal to collectors, decorators, and boutique tearooms, particularly when the gilding remains intact.
