How dual pricing works: If a buyer hits Buy Now, the auction closes and current bidders receive an automatic notification with the option to top the Buy-Now price next time. The seller of this lot has chosen to keep Buy Now active throughout — some lots disable Buy Now after the first bid (you'll see "Buy Now closed" on the card).

A handsome early to mid-20th century longcase clock, featuring a solid wood case (likely mahogany or walnut) with a carved arched hood and stepped moulding details. The case has a panelled trunk door and a shaped base with bracket feet, showing fine cabinet craftsmanship typical of European production from the 1930s–1950s period.

The clock face presents a silvered chapter ring with Art Deco-style numerals beneath a convex glass cover. Inside, the brass mechanism is a Westminster-chime pendulum movement, activated by weights and chime rods, visible from the rear panel. These movements were commonly fitted by reputable German makers such as Hermle, Kieninger, or Urgos, known for precision and longevity.

With its stately proportions and elegant profile, the piece makes a refined decorative and functional addition to classic interiors, hallways, or heritage-inspired living rooms.
